Like the Origins Module, this
Emanations Module is concerned with exchanges across
bioregions. Fruit from your trees, minerals from your
ground, or children from your families who go outside the
region for whatever purpose are 'emanations'. The goal
in the long run is to see whether your regions is a net
importer or net exporter.
