COMMISSIONER TOWARAK: George Guthridge?

(Pause.)

Again, now I'm going to apologize for not making the 5 o'clock deadline; but we are going to be cut off at 5:00. We are having a Commission -- full Commission meeting at 5:30 in the Dillingham Room of the Anchorage Hilton, that’ll run 'til 9 o'clock tonight. George?

MR. GUTHRIDGE: I really had no intention of being here. I was here as an observer; but in the last couple of days, a number of people have asked me if I would speak in front of this group.

(TESTIMONY OF GEORGE GUTHRIDGE ATTACHED AS EXHIBIT #9)

(Applause.)

COMMISSIONER TOWARAK: Questions?

(Pause.)
