People in Our Community

People in Our Community has been produced by the students of the advanced Language Arts class at Marshall High School. We have written this little book to highlight the various jobs that people work at here in Marshall. Most of the job categories are modern since those who work in them are paid money. However, there are also a few we have included which are traditional. We realize there are many more traditional jobs than we had room for, and we hope we have not offended anyone by not including either their names or their pictures.

After reading all about the People in Our Community, we hope you have a better idea of both the types of jobs available here in Marshall and about the people who do these jobs.
